| When you submit your service request report, it will be
entered into our database for tracking purposes. Periodically we will
post notices regarding service requests reported by our customers in the
Application Suggestions section of this page, and tips
on the FAQ
page. Please review the product
data sheets and included application instructions for each product you
are using. Please use the appropriate mixing application tools for
the product you have selected. For example, all products require
drill motor mixing and a Jiffy Mixer or Jiffler Mixer is always
recommended.
Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

The following is a list of
application requirements and recommendations:
- Amerlock 400 must always be drill
motor mixed in order to properly cure. Use an explosion proof
drill motor with a Jiffy Mixer or Jiffler Mixer to mix each
component until you have a homogenous material. Mix the two
components together with the drill motor mixer to achieve a
homogenous blend of the two materials. This may take several
minutes. Immediately start the application of the material
upon attaining a homogenous blend.
- Amerlock 2 must always be drill
motor mixed in order to properly cure. Use an explosion proof
drill motor with a Jiffy Mixer or Jiffler Mixer to mix each
component until you have a homogenous material. Mix the two
components together with the drill motor mixer to achieve a
homogenous blend of the two materials. This may take several
minutes. Immediately start the application of the material
upon attaining a homogenous blend.
- Amerlock Sealer must always be
drill motor mixed in order to properly cure. Use an explosion
proof drill motor with a Jiffy Mixer or Jiffler Mixer to mix each
component until you have a homogenous material. Mix the two
components together with the drill motor mixer to achieve a
homogenous blend of the two materials. This may take several
minutes. Immediately start the application of the material
upon attaining a homogenous blend.
